How to verify train information

  1. Use the train or PNR enquiry tool available in YatriJod when it is working.
  2. Check the update time and treat missing or unavailable results as unconfirmed—not as proof that a train is on time or a ticket has changed.
  3. Cross-check important details through official National Train Enquiry System (NTES) or Indian Railways enquiry.
  4. For a reservation-specific issue, rely on official railway channels and staff.

What PNR status can and cannot tell you

A PNR enquiry may show booking-related information provided by the relevant service. Results can be unavailable, delayed or subject to provider access. Do not assume a failed lookup means a ticket is invalid, and do not share a full PNR publicly.

Station guide and journey preparation

Before leaving, confirm your boarding station, platform announcements, train schedule and any accessibility or facility needs through current official information. Allow extra time at busy stations and follow instructions from railway staff.
